VPN blocking access to internet after remote accesss

Everytime our Help Desk team has to make a remote access in notebooks that are using VPN (to access our enterprise domain), after we end the remote access, the internet PORT always got blocked, sometimes it's only with our Help Desk computers, sometimes with both (Help Desk and user) or only user.

We know how to make our internet connection be available after we end the access, but when we have to connect again in any notebook that is using VPN, the same problem turns to happen again

We are using TeamViewer 15 if it helps
