Full screen leaves a small margin around right and bottom

The first time I click on the FULL SCREEN button, the remote PC screen goes to ALMOST full screen, but leaves a 1/8 inch margin on the right side, and a 1/2 inch margin on the bottom. If I click to LEAVE FULL SCREEN and then click FULL SCREEN again, the remote desktop goes into a true full screen. 

This behavior is replicable 100% of the time. First time, full screen leaves those small margins. If I leave full screen and then click full screen again, I have a true full screen.

Both remote and local PC have the latest version, 15.4.8332 dated 9 April 2020.
