The Entered License is Invalid

we have been using a licensed copy of Teamviewer since March of this year, yesterday licensed user was kicked off remote session and when I check the console, it tells me the entered license is invalid. we are licensed until March 2021, and this is making it difficult to get work done. Can you please let me know what is going on?
