TeamViewer Tensor allows companies to opt in and out at any time to collect a log of all relevant actions (who, what, when, where) during remote control sessions and for activities performed at TeamViewer level, with reports only visible to authorized users.
That means the auditability feature provides you with information necessary for your audits and protects your business against abusive claims by showing the track of activities.
You can also read all data via REST API from TeamViewer and export it into another system (e.g., SIEM).
⚠Important: Auditability is implemented to allow you to comply with GDPR while using the feature fully. Be aware that your use of Auditability needs to be reflected in your Records of Processing Activities to be fully compliant. We recommend reviewing this with your GDPR or compliance officer.
