2FA added to my account by TeamViewer

I'm not a frequent user but use TV when trying to help friends and family. I tried to log in this morning to my account. ( I created this new account to post here). Somehow 2FA is enabled and I didn't enable it. I am unable to access my account since I didn't set up 2FA and don't know the 16 digit code. I don't mind if my other account is deleted so I can create another one with it. Please contact me on how I can get this handled. Thank you!
