Adding users

Hello,

I added an user and entered an incorrect e-mail address. Tried to corrected manually with the system administrator and it did not allow me to. After decided to delete the user completely and whenever I try to add it again I keeo receiving the message:" e-mail already in use." I need to complete the program and add the extra user. Please advise.
