Bad service/support

As I canceld my supscription via sales contact page in September/November 2019, and never got any response! 

CANCEL MY LICENSE AND SEND ME AN CREDIT INVOICE

None of your mail adresses work anymore I'm getting zero response on any mail or support ticket, already getting reminders of my invoice! the last few years Teamviewer whas a great product but the support team.....

In reply, the just say that my cancelation never came trough, also they never responded on earlyer mails.

To bad it had to go this way!
