Bought Remote Working Plan but cannot activate license.
I have purchased remote working plan, and I got the email to activate license, I tried to activate it and I got a popup saying that it was activated. I log into my account on web and program and it still says my account is still free.
Something must have gone wrong. So I tried to submit a ticket and entered my email and it says I do not have license so I cannot even open a ticket to ask them questions. I can only contact sales department. Do you know what could have gone wrong? and how do I find the license number of the purchase that I made?
