But when i access to the mail link, Answer me the security code. but i have not the Authenticatod Token.. I only have the Recovery KEY that Teamviewer generate to me when i activated the two-factor authentication

How come this is taking so long to get fixed?? Any word on how long left til its fixed?? Very frustrating. I may have to look elsewhere.
