CANT recovey password with Recovery KEY

I can recovery my password, 

i Put the mail here https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password

But when i access to the mail link, Answer me the security code. but i have not the Authenticatod Token.. I only have the Recovery KEY that Teamviewer generate to me when i activated the two-factor authentication

It looks like there is currently an issue with the password reset.

You can check this on our status page. There will be an update as soon as the issue is resolved.

I didn't realize that there is status page. Thank you for response. I will check status updates from time to time.

How come this is taking so long to get fixed?? Any word on how long left til its fixed?? Very frustrating. I may have to look elsewhere.

Hi TV Community Manager... please review the post by "Bebbspoke" 05th Aug 2020... it seems there are again issues with password resets, thank you.
