Can't connect to a PC

I'm trying to connect to a pc, but if I use TW 10 I receive an alert saying that the pc is running a newer version of TW, if I try with TW 11 the alert says that the PC is running an older version of TW ... I should I do?

Thank you for your message.

If you own a lifetime license, you should always use the same TeamViewer version you have purchased on both sides of the connection.

If you are using the free version of TeamViewer, you should always have the latest version of TeamViewer on both sides of the connection.
