Cannot access www.teamviewer.com - Too Many Redirects

Since 25/04/17 unable to access the TV website.  Redirected to teamviewer.com/error too many redirects.  Tirid from multiple ISP's and IP's.  Anyone else in the UK experiencing this problem.  Cleared Cache, Cookies etc.  Can't even get to support pages.

    Can you send us a screenshot of the errormessage and can you say, whether it apears just on specific pages or on all areas of teamviewer.com?

    Ip Add [IP removed] and [IP removed] using IE "This Page Can't" be displayed" 

    Using Chrome 

    This page isn’t working

    www.teamviewer.com redirected you too many times. 

    It appears on a few different TV URL's and have also tried on other RDP sessions.  For example /downloads gives a 404 and /download give the same error and redirects to www.teamviewer.com/error/  

    On my phone using cellular data I get exactly the same thing.

    I have the same problem from multiple ISP's in the UK (Virgin, Three and Janet).

  • This ticket needs elevating to urgent status. It's a complete failure.
