I have used Teamviewer successfully in the past. I had not used it in about a year and I tried to use it today and I could not connect to the remote computer. I checked to make sure it was open and connected. I made sure I had the right ID. When I try to connect to the remote computer from my iPad, I get the prompt for the ID and below it there are options to remote connect or transfer files. When I type in my ID to connect to the remote computer it tells me it cannot be connected for an unknown error. Apparently I am unable to open a ticket either. I know the remote computer can have people access it, I had someone connect last week to help me with an issue. So it is with the V15.3.1 on my iPad
I'd like to ask you for some details, please:
Have you rebooted the other machine? It is in a ready to work condition?
Do you have updated versions on both sides?
Yes my machine has been rebooted. The version on my iPad does not give the option to put the password in. The version on the desktop is V12
