Downloaded the wrong Option

I wanted to download Team Viewer to be able to assist my very non-tech mother during this difficult time but accidentally downloaded the Trial version of the Commercial option and this worked fine unitil, obviously the trial period expired. I am now unable to download the desired non commercial/personal version as the system clearly recognises my laptop and refers me to the expired Trila version.

I have successfully downloaded the personal version of Team Viewer onto a tablet device but this isn't as convenient as using the software on the laptop. I've tried e-mailing Team Viewer Support without success, presumably because I simply want to use the free version. 

Any suggestions as to how I can access the personal version again through my laptop?
