Issues with remote Desktop

Hi All,

I have a slight issue with our RDP connection. We have 5 units at other sites that use RDP for a clock in system, The reason they use this is because the program is stored locally on our server. Everything was working fine, but now it seems that when they swipe in it brings up teamvietwer that is runing in the background and does not clock them in. Has anyone come across this before? i am i best just diasabling this ? i dont really want to as i would have to go to site each time there is an issue with that machine
