No remote sound TV 12.0.83369

Hi there,

I used to be able to have the remote sound work but it seems to have stopped.  I've googled the **bleep** out of this issue but haven't found anything that works.  I've made sure that the play computer sounds is enabled on both machines and have checked the audio settings of both.  I would love to keep using TV but if I can't get the remote audio then I may have to go elsewhere.  :-\
