Problem with opening chat from computer list

Hi,

I'm using TeamViewer in 9 version becouse of purchased license version.

Program is running on Windows 10.

Everything worked fine until I installed the October update.

Now, when I try open chat with any computer on my list, TeamViewer turns off.

If somebady write to me message on chat, TeamViewer turns off.

From log:

TeamViewer Version 9 is not compatible to Windows Version 10 v1809.

Which operating systems are supported?

If I connect with remote computer and then start chat is OK.

I'm think that "CRASH: Access violation at" is a critical error and should be fixed.

Is it possible?
