Purchased/renewed Business subscription license yesterday but account still shows free

Hello-

I ordered the teamviewer product yesterday- Teamviewer business anual subscritption- however my account still shows up in free mode and I'm not able to use my TV account. 

The email on file is no longer recieving TV emails-  I changed the email address and get the message "License is invalid" when i follow the "Get started with teamviewer" email instructions. Please help. Thank you.
