We are using the latest version of Teamviewer.
I have created new Quick support distributable from the web console.
When the end user loads the Quick support client, they now have to the accept my connection.(didn't have to in earlier versions)
They are not always present to do this as they often email the problem and their ID for me to connect when I am available - they may even be asleep dependin upon their timezone.
How can the second step to allow connection be avoided using just the quick support client - not a full TV install?
