So we just moved to TeamViewer as a department. Have an issue where TeamViewer Fails to connect after connecting to the VPN. Our VPN re-routes the internet when connecting from the local IP of the machine to our network through our proxies and to the internet. Have to terminate TeamViewer on the remote machine and start it again to gain a connection back to the internet. Have made sure all the BIOS, Firmware, and drivers are current with the Manufacturer. Happens on all devices we remote to that are not connected to VPN First. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
