SOS button doesn't work after restart

Options

When I create a QuickSupport module with an SOS button added into it, Teamviewer creates a folder into C:\Users\%username%\Local\TeamViewer\CustomConfigs\

beause of this the SOS-button goes to:
C:\Users\%username%\Local\TeamViewer\CustomConfigs\<ID>\TeamViewer.exe

After a reboot of the system however, Teamviewer.exe is removed from this directory, while every other single file stays intact.
Prior to system reboot.Prior to system reboot.

Then, after the system has rebooted, I want to start again via the SOS button, I recieve the following error, and with the folder opened I see the following:
After system reboot, file missing, and the shortcut doesn'have a destination anymore. After system reboot, file missing, and the shortcut doesn'have a destination anymore.
