I have TV Host running on a remote computer that I support. It stopped working. I uninstalled it and am trying to reinstall. When I start the program, it asks if I want to allow it to modify the system settings. I select Yes. Nothing happens from there. I tried having them install the QuickSupport program and nothing happens with that either. Suggestions?
Please go to the control panel and add another user with admin rights, restart, and log in with the new user, then try to install a new download version of the app and please update with the results and also with some basic details of the computer (Windows / Mac ).
