I upgraded from a free to a paid for licence. I clicked on the link and teamviewer is still saying free licence. I cannot raise a support ticket because it doesn't recognise that I have an account!
This is very frustrating, please tell me how to resolve this. And please don't give me the link to 'how to activate your licence' as this hasn't worked.
I purchased a Teamviwer license in May 2020. My license number is. I thought I was purchasing a license that would cover my remote office computer and the computer in my office. They each have a separate number. Do I have to buy a license for both accounts?
I phoned them this morning and they sorted out my licence by sending me a new activation link. The subscription only applies to the pc you are connecting to so you only need one.
