Dear TeamVierwer Officer,
I wrote in an email to support@teamviewer.com yesterday happended to know that the email no longer valid.
I would like to terminate the above mentioned TeamViewer Subscription.
However, i just noticed that it was auto extended today(23 Mar 2020), which my credit card was auto deducted the subscription amount
I am really apologise that i was overlooked the term and conditions written in the invoice no. **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs** that it will be auto extended.
I am sincerely hope that officer can help to terminate the subscription and assist on waiving off the extended subscription as i am facing financial difficulties whereby the COVID-19 virus surround in my country.
