What teamviewer licence do I need to be able to support an ipad?

I use free teamviewer to support my elderly mother's PC, this works really well.  However she also has an old ipad which she prefers to use and I am unfamiliar with the OS, so I struggle to support it.  She is thinking of buying a new ipad that would be able to run the quicksupport app but it is not clear whether free teamviewer can be used to provide support to quicksupport app on an ipad (I understand that I can only see the screen and not control).

It might seem a dumb question but I would like to be sure before recommending that she pay for a new ipad...

Hello @omil,

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🙌

There are no dumb questions in the TeamViewer Community. 😊

Sharing the screen of an iPad applies to iOS users in all licenses.

You will find all the information you need about sharing the screen of an iPad in our Knowledge Base article here: How can I share the screen on my iPad/iPhone with TeamViewer?

I hope this could help. 🍀

Best regards
