unable to ping device from remote computer
Hi first of all just want to say that TeamViewer is great and I use it all the time, just having one small issue - I can't seem to ping a device connected to a remote computer when connected via Teamviewer and then when I disconnect I can ping the device sucessfully. Could it be something to do with the VPN settings? Any sugguestions?
Thanks in advance for any help!

If you are using a VPN, or the built in TeamViewer VPN, than yes that would inhibit the ping fuction. Most software VPNs setup a tunnel from the PC it is being on to its server it is connecting too. Usually all traffic at that point is routed through the tunnel.
