(unknown) name for offline devices

Hi, since 2 days ago, we have this issue with more then 500 devices... where the offline devices have (unknown) in the name. When we open Host it does not go online, even if the Host app is up and running. The only solution is to reassign the user to the device and we canno't do that remotelly.

How can we solve this, we need help.

There is currently no support answer or solution though...
