Abuse of your software

Earlier today some scammers rang me, allegedly from BT Technical support.  They clearly were not from BT.  I have an XP pc that I had just completed a fresh install and therefore had absolutly no personal details on.

I allowed the scammers in to it they used Teamviewer and the partner id of [TeamViewer ID removed], my apologies  I forgot to write down the password.

Once connected they got me to click on Communicate and Swap connection.

I got bored after half an hour because the scammer was so bloody incompetant that he couldn't recognise he was on XP and not W10.

Anyway he is allegedly going to ring me back on Monday morning about 10am to continue.  What other info should I try and get for you?

Thanks.
