Add second businnes licence to an existing acount
I have an existing acount which is linked to a Business license. At the moment I have puschesed a second Business license and would like to add it ot the existing acount and license in order to use both with the posiblity of two connections.
I cant find in ”Edit profile / Licence” the posibility to add another licence.

Thank you for your message.
A Business license is a single user license. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to merge two licenses into one TeamViewer account in a Business license context. If you want to have two channels (so making two connections at the same time) with one single account, you would need to upgrade your existing Business license to a Premium license with an additional channel.
Nevertheless, you can, of course, use your second Business license. You just need to activate it on a second TeamViewer account. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How to activate your license
Hint: If you and the user of the second license want to share the same computers and contacts list, we recommend you to share your groups (of computers and contacts). You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Sharing groups
