I have a liste of users, and I am waiting for one of them to be connected. I see his icon greyed, and of course, it will become blue when this will happen. But I'm wondering if it is possible to have an audio notification ? TIA

It is a very good suggestion but unfortunately audio notifications when someone is connecting are not available.
The only way to know some is connected is to look at the bottom right corner:
If the supporter reduced this menu, a TeamViewer logo will still be visible on your screen:
