Can't connect to my company's computer

I updayed to Chrome but I can't access my company's Partner ID Please advise. The email is [personal information removed] but it said it an old version. When I updated, i can't access my work computer

I guess we need a bit more input to be able to help you:

  1. What TeamViewer version are you using on your device?
  2. What operating system are you using on your device?
  3. What TeamViewer version are you using on the remote device?
  4. What operating system are you using on the remote device?
  5. Do you have a TeamViewer license that would allow you connecting to an older TeamViewer version or are you using the free plan?
