Does not recognize the web camera of my laptop (W-10 Pro)

Good morning, I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T570 and I really have two problems:
1. TeamViewer does not recognize the web camera or at least it does not show me my image.
2. When I connect to another computer, I just can see a black screen.
