Find IP or further information of incoming connections

We are trying to find more information on a user that got into a computer. I have pulled the Connections_incoming.txt and TeamViewer15_Logfile_OLD.txt to try and find any further information. Is there anything in particular in these files I should be looking for that will help me pinpoint who was getting in?

I will say that we have a name in the Connections_incoming file but that name is unfamiliar to anyone who uses this computer or their organization. Thanks.

    Going to C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\Connections_incoming.txt is definitely the right thing to do. But this gives only the TeamViewer ID, username and some information around the connection time.
