How can I change the remote access settings in a personal setup

I run Teamviewer to help my family who live a distance away from me. All the PCs that I have linked to my account allow me to connect so long as they are switched on. I have a rather basic question. How can I force the requirement for the PC to grant me access. That is when it is switched on and I want to access it the user must agree before I can access their screen?
