Invoice paid twice

Hi, I need help. We paid invoice for TV licence twice on December 5th. I was able to send ticket somehow and I've been promised by support specialist to send the payment back within 3 weeks. It is more than month now and the money are not back. Original ticket is closed, phone support is permanently busy and I cant find any page to submit my problem. Thank anybody for help or any contact, Radim
