LED to indicate that remote access is on

Hi,

is it anyway possible to have some signal out from my Home PC when using it in remote access? Something like this:

My Laptop makes connection -> to my Home PC -> LED indicator turns automatically on in same location where my Home PC is -> I shut down remote connection -> LED indicator turns automatically off.
