No connection to TeamViewer server Kaspersky found

Team viewer stopped working a couple of days ago and comes up with a message "No connection to TeamViewer server Kaspersky found ", All was working fine untill a couple of days ago and no changes have taken place that I know of.

I am having the same issues. Team Viewer support is shocking. I have no idea how to resolve this. Can anyone help
