When I print a file remotely (Windows to Windows) is the file is stored on the host computer n a temp directory? In case I would like to print it again without having to print from remote.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, the file is not stored on the remote side.
If you want to use it later on, I recommend you to transfer the file via File transfer.
