Stuck on "connecting..."

Hello everyone,

I have a computer abroad that I was able to connect to through Teamviewer a few days ago. However, over the past days when I am trying to connect to the computer Teamviewer gets stuck on "Connecting..." and never connects no matter how much I wait. I haven't changed anything so do you have any idea why this happens and if there is a way to fix it?
