Received an error message earlier today detailing that TeamViewer 12 is becoming depreciated. Have been unable to replicate, didn't screenshot it.
Is there a KBA where I can check drepciation notices?
Hi again @tomdickson_apco,
I asked the dedicated team and could get a better answer for you.
What we do have, is clearly defined product lifecycle policies. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: TeamViewer Product Lifecycle Policies.
Furthermore, all versions we sunset are reported in our announcement. You will find our latest announcement here: Sunsetting TeamViewer 3 and 4
I hope that could help you more. :-)
Cheers
Jean
Thanks,
I am not so much looking to know how to update.
I want to see where the deprecation notices are.
