TeamViewer Host - Disable Hardware Acceleration

Why on TeamViewer Host and on QucikSupport I can not "Disable Hardware Acceleration" ?

I think/hope this could fix some performance issue on some Servers with poor GFX Cards (for example Matrox G200 ).


I mean the following feature from TeamViewer .

    Thank you for your post as always 🙌

    I have checked with our technical support team. Please see the below answer.

    Because they don't make outgoing connections "Hardware Acceleration" is under the "connections to other computers" section.

    QuickSupport and Host are missing this section because they don't connect out.
