TeamViewer VPN

HI everyboday ...good morning \afternoon \or evening 

regarding vpn services in TeamViwer program, i would be so gald if i found answers to my questions below.
i have a server and it consist a private program that i want to be shared with 30 pcs through the internet . not in my local network !

Can teamviewer vpn services provide a stable conneciton to the server ?
if so , what others requirement i need to do that .
