TeamViewer won't connect but it is running

I have TeamViewer running on a computer. The computer is on and I can access other services just fine. However, when I try to connect via TeamViewer I get an error that TeamViewer is not running on the partner computer.

Very annoying! What is causing this?

Bonjour,

Même chose pour moi. De mon côté, j'ai installé RealVNC sur certains ordinateurs que je juge "plus importants", je me connecte à distance avec ce logiciel et je redémarre Teamviewer. En principe, cela devrait pouvoir fonctionner du premier coup...

I would also suggest to try to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote device if possible.
