Teamviewer VPN difficult to connect

Hi.

I used to use teamviewer vpn to connect to my parent's pc. But recently it's difficult to connect. The connection is active but there's no traffic and i can't ping the other Pc. Will this problem fix if i buy a paid licence? Or there are other technical problems?
