Teamviewer freezes when taking over pc

Hi,

Lately I have been having this issue very frequently where I can't take over a pc.When I click on it the new screen appears, but it doesn't show me anything. The screen is blank with this message on it: "bezig met initialiseren weergaveparameters" (see printscreen).

The strange thing is, that if I go to the pc I'm trying to take over I can see the TV screen at the right bottom of the page, as if everything is fine. But on my own pc the screen remains frozen to the one shown in the printscreen.

Is this some kind of bug? This seems to happen very frequently these last few weeks and also randomly on various pc's.

Am using TV version 15.2.2756 on a Win10 pc. The remote pc is also Win 10.

    Unfortunately the problem still persists.It's hard to say when this happens and why it only happens on some pc's. Any other suggestions?
