Wake up on LAN not working

Hi.

I am in to WAKE UP on LAN. It doesnt work properly.

I set BIOS as a "boot from LAN enable", set up teamviewer as is shown on link PHOTO 

and set up device manager - Wake up with magic packet as is also shown on link. Then when I put PC in to hibernation and click on WAKe UP.. nothing happened.

However sometimes the PC wake up from hibernation on its own.

What can I do?

    I think WOL only works from Sleep mode.
