Samsung Teamviewer Host Secure Folder Access

With the last system update, the registered account linked to my phone cannot access the Secure Folder. As soon as the PIN window comes up, his screen goes black. Even if I enter in the pin, nothing is viewable. The log files report a bunch of red text such as EventQueueKnox Failed to inject MotionEvent. I have tried looking for advanced settings in TV as well as the Secure Folder to allow this activity and even to disable Knox. I see nothing. What can be done to return the remote access to this folder?
