Teamviewer used to work correctly (at least as far as I needed it to) before the update tp 14.1.3399, since that update was installed I get nothing. The tray icon is there, and click on it displays a menu, but selecting anything from that menu, including 'exit teamviewer' does nothing at all. I cannot even see my user id to test if I can connect to it from my laptop.
Linux Mint 17.3, ancient hardware that still works.
I found that I have a copy of Teamviewer 14.0.12762 in my downloads folder, removed 14.1.3399, installed 14.0.12762, I'm working again...
Something in the 14.1.3399 update broke tv on my Mint 17.3 installation.
Finally, for now at least, updated to 14.0.14470, that too works correctly.
So, what is it in 14.1 that broke tv on my Linux Mint 17.3 ? QT5 ?
I do not have a qt5 directory, /usr/share/qt4 exists, so what was the qt? dependency in 14.0.whatever ?
For now I have disabled repo updates, and hope to see something in the future that will allow me to resume updating the app.
