How to running teamviewer QuickSupport automatically on Android?

I have one smartphone and two tablets Android. I have installed TeamViewer Quick Support to my two tablets, even I want remote my tablet, why TeamViwer on my smartphone get message "your computer not running"? How I had automatically access my tablets while QuickSupport not open on my tablets?
