Acetab tablet: Connected, but Remote control not working

Hi there,

I've installed the TeamViewer for QuickSupport app on my Acetab tablet (Android 5) and using TeamViewer 12 Windows desktop app to connect to my tablet. The connection can be established without problems. But when I click on "Remote control" ("Fernsteuerung"), nothing happens. So I can connect successfully, but cannot use TeamViewer for remote control my tablet from my PC. I tried many things and versions to get this work, but without success.I don't see why remote control does not work. Does anyone can help or do you have an idea?
