Any solution for the connection between mobile to mobile?

I have tried to connect to my home android tab(samsung note 8.0, android 7.0) using my cellphone(samsung gallaxy s7 edge, android 7.0) outside but automatically host app. in home android tab was over therefore i could not access any more....
However someone get touching my home android tab, host app. arises again then I can access. (NOT power saving mode)
Any solution....I can access anywhere anytime even though just leave my home android tab at home?
